I define mind reading as the process of decoding brain signals to words, images and videos. Interpreting brain signals can be done by EEG or MEG signals without the involvement of neural networks, which often involves thoughts about movement, mood, brain waves and attention.

Human eyes show a multitude of expressions such as anger, hate, attraction and fear consciously and subconsciously. In fact, it’s an important part of humans communication. Eyes can play a great part in making the other party feels certain feelings, like an assuring look that can make a person feel accomplishment.
There is a lot that can be glanced from an eye expression, insecure looks would indicate that a person is vulnerable, depression looks means someone is having trouble and an oppression look would mean someone is in danger but can’t express it with his voice.
Eyes can show expressions besides the pupil as contractions and expansions act as a language that can carry different meanings. A dilated pupil can mean the person is feeling attraction while a contracted pupil could mean a person is focusing.
There are neural networks that can read eyes expressions and identify it. Some of these networks can work on smart phones, while others work on cloud.
Facial Expressions
People make facial expressions all the time, it can be part of a conversation in fact, like in a conversation between a man and a woman where discomfort facial expressions would communicate a message of not wanting to continue having the conversation avoiding the embarrassment of saying I do not want to talk to you.
Facial expressions can also signal objection, reluctance and depression. There are neural networks than can detect faces in images and identify facial expressions like happiness and excitement.
Body Language
People use body language to express feelings and communicate non verbal messages. Body language is a language made of body movements that have meanings.
Thoughts
Reading human thoughts can be achieved by using MRI and the help of neural networks. MRI scans the brain for neuronal activity and neural networks interpret it to words.
Accuracy rate of MRI brain reading is great and can interpret entire sentences.
Imagination
A person’s imagination can be interpreted from brain activity to images using MRI. If a person imagined a picture of a tree, the MRI scanner detects the brain activity in the hippocampus and amygdala and generates an image of the tree.
Dreaming
Dreams can be detected and decoded to images and videos by MRI scanning and neural networks. The MRI scans neural activity in temporal lobe in the hippocampus and a video about the dream gets created by neural networks.
